The development is currently licensed as a tourism resort, with a clear pathway and long-term vision toward future residential living once all stages are completed and regulatory conditions allow. Covering approximately 22,000 square metres, it has been designed with an emphasis on renewable energy, independent utility systems, and integration with the surrounding natural landscape.
